Arquebus Solutions Europe BV (Arquebus Europe) invites proposals for the delivery of a research paper on the topic of privately manufactured firearms seizures in Europe as part of wider EU-funded Project VISTA, which focuses upon improving the intelligence picture regarding firearms incidents and seizures data in the EU and its neighbourhood.
